My Story
Welcome to Leadership75. I am Federica Esposito, founder and coach.
My interest in coaching is very personal, it comes from my passion for personal development which many years ago led me to taking some coaching sessions.
I found the process incredibly fascinating and the client’s perspective allowed me to understand what it takes for coaching to be successful.
Short after my first coaching session, I attended Het Paard als Spiegel (The Horse as Mirror) workshop led by Inge Kroesen in the Netherlands. A new world opened up to me on that day, and the work I did during the months and years that followed was transformational.
Following that experience, I decided to become a coach so I did the Master’s in Talent Coaching at the Gestalt Coaching Academy in Italy, and I also qualified as a coach trainer.
My broader background in Modern Foreign Languages and Translation came in handy in coaching as you could define a coach as the expert of transformative communication.
I am multilingual (Italian native speaker, I speak English and Dutch fluently, and even a little bit of Indonesian) which means that I am able to deliver coaching sessions in three different languages.
These days, I live in London, which is the place I love the most where I turned my passions into my dream job.

Mission

Horses teach us how to make choices and how to recognise the vitality in everything that happens in our lives.
My mission is to enable you to experience the life-changing impact of horses in coaching, their message and the lessons we can learn from them. This allows you to develop as a leader and grow to become who you truly are.
I do this through Equine Assisted Coaching sessions and through comparisons and parallelisms with horses and herds.
Vision

Once you get insight into yourself, wisdom can follow.
The wisdom that allows you to do the right thing moving away from the ego.
From the relationship with ourselves we connect with others and self knowledge is the first step. Lead yourself, your team and your company from a real, powerful, genuine and authentic connection.
Inspiration
“Where can I find a man who has forgotten words? He is the one I would like to talk to.” – Chuang Tzu
Horses and their ability to help us gain insight beyond the words, is my greatest source of inspiration in coaching.
Horses reveal what awaits to be discovered without any bias, complexities or strategies going straight to the essence.
In my opinion, this is exactly what coaching should do.
My coaching style

Coaching with reflection
My coaching style focuses on your personal leadership which defines your unique development path and it encourages you to grow and discover from a perspective of "not-knowing".
Reflection is a powerful tool which awakens your wisdom, introspection and intuition. These skills will actually make you become the best coach and leader for yourself.
As an impartial observer, I will ask the right questions at the right time to help you go to the essence. I will also suggest exercises and activities and use inspiration cards. I will do all this from a perspective of not-knowing.
My style is provocative but respectful and my coaching is free from judgment.
Settings
Sessions can be delivered in the following settings:

- Face to face (suspended due to Coronavirus).
My coaching style leaves you free to choose whichever setting works best for you.
